The Pennsylvanina Real Estate Law requires that you are provided with a written consumer notice that describes the business relationship that Prospect Leasing & Management, LLC and its agents have with the Owner/Landlord of the property you are inquiring about.  At your first meeting with any of our licensed agents, you will be provided with this written consumer notice which you will be asked to sign acknowledging your receipt.
